Course Length: 1-day
Course Overview
Diversity, equity, and inclusion together help us understand that differences in one another must be understood and valued. Participants are given the opportunity to challenge one’s views and opinions to better understand the differences among individuals and groups. Learning when tact is needed is as important as understanding that ignorance is not always trying to harm but does need to be corrected. Through open dialogue, participants learn to respect, understand, value and leverage differences to create and maximize opportunities and potentials for individual, community and business growth.
