Course Length:-2 days
Course Overview
The Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) language allows users to filter and query tables. This course will discuss the basics of DAX data types, variables, and formatting. It will demonstrate data modeling concepts from getting and extending data to optimizing and simplifying data models. This course will explore working with DAX in Power BI, Excel PowerPivot, and SQL Server. The course will also discuss how to break down the DAX syntax and use a variety of functions. Finally, this course will show how to optimize DAX queries.
This course is primarily designed for students who want to gain the skills necessary to use DAX in the BI and data analytics domain.
