  • Educational Background: (Secondary Diploma)
  • High school diploma, GED, associate’s degree, or global equivalent
  • Professional Agile Experience (one of the following):
  • - 2-years of agile experience in past 5 years
  • - 1-year agile experience and degree from Global Accreditation Center (GAC) Program
  • - 1-year agile experience and active 3rd party agile certification (current & earned more than 1 year ago)
  • - Active PMP Certification
  • Professional Learning (in Agile Practices):
  • 28 contact hours
  • Hours of formal training must be earned in agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies
