Where do classes take place?
We have rooms available for classes in our office located at:
301 Halton Road Suite D1 Greenville, SC 29607
We offer virtual classes via Go to Meeting and Microsoft Teams.
We also offer classes at your location.
How large are class sizes?
If ibT is hosting a course in our office, we will try to limit attendance to six (6) people.
For virtual or off-site classes, we try to limit attendance to twelve (12) people.
Can we customize a class?
Yes, ibT can customize a class to fit your exact needs. Please fill out our Customized Class Form. One of our Learning Coaches will reach out to further discuss the details.
Does ibT offer professional/technical certification courses?
We do offer certification courses. Please visit our Certifications page to view the available companies we partner with for these courses. If you are interested in receiving additional information regarding a certification class, please fill out our Certification Request Form to be contacted by one of our Learning Coaches for further information.
Does ibT administer the certification exam upon course completion?
Unfortunately, we do not administer the certification exam for the course taken.
To inquire about, or schedule, a certification exam you will have to contact the company providing the certification.
We recently finished a course with ibT, but we are having difficulty integrating it into our operations. Can ibT help with this?
Yes, ibT provides consultation services to assist with business integration. Submit a Consultation Request and one of our Learning Coaches will contact you. Please provide as much detail on how you would like to make this part of your business and the difficulty you are having with your integration.
