In this session, you will define business processes and explain the concept of process mapping.
Process Optimization
Next, you will detail how business leaders can determine what processes can and should be improved with technology.
Process Automation
Then, you will go over the ways organizations are using automation and explain workflow engines.
Change Management
In this session, you will show how the principles of change management can be applied to the digital transformation of business processes.
Applying Lean Methodology to Digital Transformation
Next, you will introduce the Lean methodology and demonstrate its relevance to digital transformation and business process changes.
DevOps and Business Process Transformation
Then, you will explain the concept of DevOps and how an approach developed for software and IT fields can be useful to other businesses undergoing technological shifts.
Customer and Employee Centricity
In this session, you will highlight the importance of keeping both the customer and employee at the forefront of digital transformation as well as discuss strategies on how to achieve that.
Case Study
Finally, you will introduce and invite discussion on two case studies that apply the concepts from the course.
