Course Description

Microsoft Office PowerPoint is Microsoft’s popular presentation program that allows users to produce professional-looking presentations. PowerPoint offers word processing, outlining, drawing, graphing, and presentation management tools

The foundation course is designed for students who desire to gain the necessary skills to create, edit, format, present and print basic PowerPoint presentations.

Highlights of the course include a complete overview of the ribbon interface; information on getting started with PowerPoint and creating and presenting basic presentations.



To be successful in this course, you should be familiar with using personal computers and you should be VERY comfortable using and navigating with the mouse and keyboard. Before attending this course, students must have:

Basic computer knowledge

Windows file management skills

Comfort using a mouse and keyboard
